  • Where are your products made?

    We have several partner production units in France and Europe (Portugal, Latvia...). We decide, according to the season, the availability of the factories, the volume and the models, to produce our clothes in such or such unit. The production units that we make work are selected according to their skills and availability. The quality result is strictly identical.

  • Where do the raw materials you use come from?

    90% of the raw materials we use are French. The other raw materials come exclusively from European partners (Italy, Germany, Belgium, etc.).

  • The size does not fit me, can I exchange my product?

    All items can be exchanged provided that the return is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package and that the product is returned in its original condition.

    We will exchange your item within the limits of available stocks. Return costs are your responsibility.

    In case the returned product is not in its original condition, we will charge 50€ for cleaning and repackaging.

  • What should I do if my product has a defect?

    Before you confirm that it is a defect, we advise you to send us a message and the photos of the article by clicking on the link below.

    Our quality team will study your request as soon as possible. If we find the defect, we will provide you with a return form and we will exchange the product within the limits of available stocks.

  • My product does not suit me, can I get a refund?

    For an order placed on our site, you must return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to be reimbursed.

  • Which carrier delivers my order?

    We work with the carriers DHL and La Poste (Colissimo) to guarantee you a careful delivery as soon as possible.

    • If your order is for an amount of less than €50 and you have it delivered in Metropolitan France, Monaco, the European Union, Switzerland or Norway, delivery is made by La Poste.
    • If your order is for an amount of less than €50 and you have it delivered outside the countries mentioned above, the delivery is made by DHL.
    • If the order is for an amount greater than €50 and regardless of the delivery address, it is carried out by DHL.

    These transport services allow you to follow your order in real time and choose delivery to a pick up point.

  • Can I pick up my order in store?

    This service is currently only offered in our warehouse in Paimpol. When ordering at the delivery choice stage, select store pick up.

  • What are the delivery times ?

    If the address is in mainland France, Monaco, Switzerland, Norway or the European Union, the delivery is made within 2 to 3 working days from the order confirmation. If the address is outside the countries mentioned above, delivery is made within 5 fast days.

  • Is delivery free?

    Delivery is free for all orders made in mainland France, Switzerland, Norway, Monaco and in a country of the European Union. If the delivery is made in another country, the price is displayed when you order.

    Import taxes, duties and customs fees are to be paid by the customer.

  • How do I track my pending order?

    Regardless of the carrier delivering your order (DHL or La Poste), a tracking number is sent to you by email to allow you to track your order.

    This number is also available on your customer account if you have one. If you placed your order from a "guest" account, click the button below to track your order.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a pick up point?

    You can choose to be delivered to a pick up point. When ordering, it is necessary to indicate your mobile number. You will receive an SMS that will allow you to choose the relay point closest to you. You decide where and when you will be delivered.

    If you made a mistake in the choice of model or size, you can make a return within 14 days (withdrawal period) from the date of receipt of the package. The return is the responsibility of the customer. We will send you the desired model or size free of charge.

  • Do you take back the old pea coats?

    As part of our national recycling program, we take back old pea coats of all brands from people residing in mainland France.

    These pea coats are then recycled in our workshop in Paimpol into unique accessories with a positive impact.

    In exchange for your pea coat, we offer you a voucher worth up to €50, valid on Dalmard Marine pea coats online in our online store.

    The pea coats made of more than 70% wool are transformed in our workshop in Paimpol into unique accessories with a positive impact.

    Pea coats made of less than 70% wool are recycled by an approved sorting center into insulation, threads, padding, etc.
