The conditions of our national recycling program
Our program is currently offered to people residing only in metropolitan France.
We only recycle wool coats (peacoat, duffle coat...).
Upon your shipment to our attention, the wool coat must be clean or washed. A garment received dirty will not be handled by our team. The sender is informed that the cost of cleaning is 20 euros which will be deducted from the purchase voucher.
Your wool coat must be shipped within 10 days of receipt of the prepaid return label. It must be properly packaged.
We will disinfect your wool coat as soon as we receive it.
The value of the voucher is determined based on the composition of your wool coat. If it is made of more than 70% wool, you will receive a voucher worth €50. If it is made of less than 70% wool, you will receive a voucher worth €30. If the label indicating the composition of your wool coat has been cut off, we will determine the value of the voucher ourselves.
For those who send their wool coat by post, the voucher (discount code) is valid on pea coats from the Dalmard Marine online shop.
For those who drop off their wool coat at the factory outlet in Paimpol (Côtes d'Armor), the voucher is valid on pea coats in store.
The voucher is valid for 2 months after receipt, only on the brand's pea coats, and cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.
